At Envent, we believe our responsibility extends beyond the job site. Our employees volunteer their time and expertise to support local schools, helping strengthen STEM education and inspire the next generation of engineers, operators, and environmental leaders. When natural disasters strike — such as the devastating Texas hurricanes — Envent teams mobilize to provide on-the-ground assistance, equipment, and resources to help our neighbors rebuild and recover safely.
We are also proud to employ nearly twenty veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces, whose leadership, discipline, and sense of duty embody the spirit of service that defines our culture. Their continued dedication to protecting people, the environment, and our communities reminds us daily of what it means to serve with purpose.

Beyond our military support, Envent is equally committed to investing in the local communities where we live and work. Through the Envent Community Action Committee, we focus our efforts on programs that create direct, lasting impact—especially those supporting underserved inner-city youth.
One example is our partnership with Shoes That Fit, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing new shoes to children in need. By partnering with local schools across Los Angeles, California, Shoes That Fit helps ensure that every child can attend school with dignity, confidence, and comfort—ready to learn, grow, and succeed.
Whether through matching donations, volunteer work, or direct outreach, Envent remains dedicated to strengthening communities, empowering youth, and supporting those who serve.
